Please, allow me to share our story, hope this will inspire you.

Yes, we started life just like most of us do. Higher degrees, well paid jobs/businesses, luxurious house, luxurious car andaffluent lifestyle.

I did Ph.D. just to keep my family’s expectations. Yes, I am from the same family background, where they teach …go to school, get degrees, work hard, and save thrifty for your retirement. Doing business, taking risks or real estate investments was something never discussed at dinner table.

Still, I always dreamt to be an entrepreneur and have my own business. With kids being my priority, I picked up Preschool (Day Care) as its closed-on weekends and evenings. So, I can spend weekends and evenings with my family. Moreover, I felt I will make an impact by delivering quality care and education.

Soon, I was successful, but I lost my freedom and realized it was taking me away from what I value the most. I was looking to scale my business. But scalability was not that easy because I still need to be physically present at my business. Though, I hired the best resources, and my presence should not be required at the business.

Meanwhile, I also got my real estate license so that I have access to industry data, I can do my own due diligence and identify the best location for my next Preschool (Day Care). Fortunate enough, when I got real estate license my sphere of influence reached out to me for commercial and investments properties.

My sphere was always top professionals like you, doctors, researchers, engineers, and IT professionals. I enjoyed working with all these successful professionals, who not only excel in their career but are very seasoned investors too. I got an opportunity to work on various asset classes. While helping them, I did thorough research on various asset classes and realized that real estate investment is the best way to achieve financial freedom, if I want the flexibility to do what I enjoy the most.

Turning point in my life was when I read Robert Kiyosaki’s book: “Rich Dad and Poor Dad”. I followed my quest by reading other books by great others like Tom Wheelwright, Garrett Sutton, Harry S. Dent. Grant Cardone.

We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful life God has given us. After, discovering the success formula andsuccessfully implementing it. We decided to share it with everyone who can benefit from it and thereby try to make difference in as many lives as possible.
